Raf Simons, formerly the designer for Jil Sander, has been chosen as the new Creative Director for Dior and will start with the Fall Haute Couture 2012 collection in July. He is definitely talented enough to carry the title, but I can’t help but be sad to see that the era of Galliano at Dior is officially over.
