Chloe Sevigny in Hit and Miss
Hit and Miss stars Chloë Sevigny as a transsexual contract killer who discovers she has a child with her former lover. She struggles between caring for her newfound family and maintaining her job as an assassin.
I may not be the best judge of Chloe Sevigny because I think everything she does is genius, but SB & I just finished watching the first series of this show & really enjoyed it. It’s not perfect, but it’s a clever way to tell the old “single person inherits a large family” story. It’s beautifully shot & the performances, especially by Sevigny & the child actors, are really solid.
Hit and Miss is a British series that originally aired this spring on Sky Atlantic. It premieres in the US on DirectTV’s Audience Network on July 11th. Check it out!
