Very excited that Meryl Streep is going to be at the Golden Globes this year with some of her lovely lady co-stars - Nicole Kidman & Julianne Moore (The Hours), Emily Blunt & Anne Hathaway (The Devil Wears Prada), Amy Adams (Doubt & Julia and Julia) & Amanda Seyfried (Mamma Mia).
As returning Best Actress in a Drama winner for The Iron Lady, Meryl will be presenting the Best Actor in a Drama award, she is also nominated this year for her performance in Hope Springs. Nicole Kidman is nominated for The Paperboy & Hemingway and Gellhorn, Julianne Moore for Game Change, Emily Blunt for Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, Anne Hathaway for Les Miserables, Amy Adams for The Master & Amanda Seyfried will be presenting.
As many of you know, one of SB’s & my favourite occurrences at award shows are when Meryl cuddles with other actors & leans up against them for warm comforting support. She’s so affectionate & joyful. This year promises to be a tremendous cuddlefest! I can’t wait!
